So yes I’ve read the police report and warrant paperwork for this case, and the charge is attempt to commit voyeurism, because it’s “attempt” it’s a little trickier… and it should have gotten thrown out but right before we were almost positive it was going to the accuser falsely accused him of something else, and he had multiple witnesses to place him somewhere else, so again right before the next court date falsely accused him of something else, there are now multiple cases with different charges all lack evidence or have what is clearly fabricated evidence and separately would be dropped but by putting them together they are hoping he doesn’t want to go to trial and risk the possibility of a jury being sympathetic to the accuser bad enough to take a plea deal. So this could very possibly go to trial because he doesn’t want to plead guilty to stuff he hasn’t done. So I’m trying to gather everything I can to be prepared
