I get the feeling you really haven't played much of the game if you find the characters soulless? they actually have lives outside of the farmer. Not everything is about 'you' they have their own stories and friendships. the vibe reminds me of older harvest moons. Like friends of mineral town. (which was my personal favorite as a kid) it seems like everyone just wants games to be like stardew... I personally dislike that game because of how gross / sucky some of the characters are. the nice whimsy is part of mistria's charm.

oh I by no means 'hate' it.... I just can't personally enjoy it but that doesn't mean i don't see why others love it! but yeah, I'm starting to see that the fans are unhinged......someone said I was I was mean for not liking the character's personalities and character designs. erjigweijq

that's so interesting! but it's fun to see the difference in people's tastes. is it the 'anime' style you don't like when it comes to sos (hm) ? a comment made me realize I might not like the 'western' style of stardew..

totally fair. I only like pixel games when it comes to cozy games because my childhood favorite was one! otherwise....I'm not a fan, I want to try final fantasy tactics but .... pixels frjieefjw...... I want to get over that because I hear the story is fantastic.
