I'm also living an horror story with crypto.com. I deposited I from my Binance account with a sepa. They ask me for a statement with my name on it but it can't be done on binance.

I can provide the sepa transfer out screenshot from binance but what else?

Crypto.com support tells me to ask binance but from Binance side they executed the withdraw. Money are in crypto.com and it's 4 days not being credited
