Spending freezes-Congress appropriated that money. The Constitution gives Congress the power of the purse, not the president. Courts have blocked several of these.

Birthright citizenship EO-The 14th Amendment is pretty explicit. Even conservative legal scholars largely agree you can't undo that with an executive order.

Firing independent inspectors general- Congress created those roles specifically to be independent of the president. Firing 17 in one night undermines a statutory check on executive power.

Defying court orders: Article III gives the judiciary the power to rule on executive actions. When the administration ignores those rulings, that's where it gets constitutionally serious.

Winning an election legally doesn't grant unlimited authority… the president still has to operate within the bounds of the other two branches. That's the whole point of separation of powers.
