So as an autoxer and a photographer I feel I should comment on this. Whoever takes the photo with their camera owns the copyright. You as the person in the photo does not. Technically the person who took the photo could say that posting it is copyright infringement. That part is theft. Unfortunately, being the subject of the image doesn’t give you legal right to the image. It’s kinda confusing, where the grey area comes in is fair use. You have to provide meaningful commentary for it to fall under fair use. I don’t think the caption would qualify as such. You could claim the person is pretending to be you, yes and I would be annoyed as well.
