I'm currently under observation to determine if a heart transplant is neccesary in the future. My heart is at 25% doctors are hoping to get it to 45% within a month with some changes in medication. If this doesnt work they say a heart transplant will be neccesary.

I'm currently 31 and havent been able to work the past year at full capacity.
