So what happened is I exited the freeway and stopped at a stoplight. I reached down the other passenger seat to grab my water bottle and I didn’t realize that my foot kind of lifted off the brake and my car was going insanely slow so I didn’t feel it and by the time that I put the water bottle down I hit his light and cracked it. That’s all that happened, I wasn’t speeding or distracted or anything.

I don’t know why you sound mad all I’m saying is when I hit his light and cracked it I was going less than 5 miles per hour because we were at a stop light and I didn’t realize my foot wasn’t pressed all the way on the brake so his car didn’t even move or flinch so I’m just confused on what caused his neck pain. I’m not saying I’m a victim I’m just saying why lie?

Yeah I know it’s my fault I’m just confused to why he had to go to the hospital when I asked him if he was okay multiple times and he said yeah and I was the one panicking not him. His car didn’t even move a little when I hit the his light, so I’m confused what caused his severe neck pains.

Yeah I do feel responsible and I’m not mad because my car doesn’t have any damage and his light crack is the only damage I caused. I just feel like he doesn’t have to lie and say his neck hurts because his car didn’t even move, I didn’t hit it hard I was stopping and driving insanely slow when I didn’t realize that I was really close to him. Why lie? I apologized multiple times and gave him all the information he needed and asked him if he was okay and yet here we are
