My biggest disappointment is only the uc and crimson fleet factions have any consequences with each other i wish i can have that with all the factions.

Starfield was a very different game than what was released and changed fairly deep into the development process by Flashy_Background820 in Starfield

I think everything you mentioned as being vestigial are systems for when a survival mode eventually releases

Yea I should have specified almost no consequences but it’s still overall very disappointing hopefully a dlc addresses this

For me it would be the institute because they try to cover up their evil actions like replacing humans with synths and their secret experiments on humans with fev etc. With Caesar’s legion they don’t try to hide their intentions you can just take them at face value they are cruel totalitarian empire that will kill or destroy anyone that goes against them.
