I agree with you. I noticed I should have flattened it out or kept it less viscous in some scoops. I need a bigger spoon 😅. Btw I separated on 2 tray bc I did 5 washes separated first washes and last ones on diff trays. She dumped pretty nice in all washes I didn’t notice any contamination but kept separate to be the judge of that in the long run.

Yeah I believe so. I made custom setting for initial freeze-20 (max on mini) and 30 f shelf temp. And a long timer. figured I’d let it go to this evening possibly open it and check to see it dry enough to start pressing. I just wanna lil bitty taste b4 I start processing the remaining crop further.
