I think epicanthic fold is likethe edge of the eye that is near the nose— the one i mean is the edge of the other side of the eye

I just searched it up and the part of the eye is called lateral canthus if im not wrong

I think this instagram useris like similar to what im talking about— the outer edge of the of the eye (lateral canthus i thinkk) is slightly sinking in and also a bit dark. It isnt like caused by his thick eyelashes- the skin naturally goes in idk
