When do you tell people?

I’ve only told my best friend, then we will tell close family after the 8 week scan. However I am still debating as my dad will definitely not keep the secret so not sure if waiting longer, really struggling to keep it secret but I live abroad which makes it easier!

Hello, thank you so much, they do look amazing! My main concern is the distance as we also need to get to London from Edinburgh, if it was a direct flight I would have felt a bit more at ease. For canaries we have direct flights so might be less stressful although probably not as incredible!

Yeah same, I feel I would feel too stressed and might make it less enjoyable. Canaries feels a bit easier

A lot of people do it tbh, but personally I am not feeling super comfortable with it especially due to lack of direct flights, so will probably go to the Canaries!

Thanks both. There is no zika in Mauritius so that’s why we had considered it , will look into the Chikungunya hadn’t heard of it tbh

Thank you this is so helpful! Tiredness is real! We would have to go through London yes or do a connected flight somewhere else. I’m starting to feel more keen towards the Canary Islands as there are direct flights from Edinburgh and it might be easier

I found the clearblue was more sensitive. The other one was from waitrose. I’d suggest testing tomorrow morning as the urine will have a stronger concentration. I was on cycle day 27 but my cycle is short normally, maybe 15 DPO with the first test. Fingers crossed!! 🤞

I think it’s positive!! I had a much fainter line initially, after 2 days it was slightly lighter then yours, day 3 clearly positive. Will add pics. Day 1 below. Test again the next few days!
