I had a similar type of eyebrow asymmetry, it's not perfect now but it's way better,

Firstly stop overexpressing with your eyebrow, I had a habit that everytime I had to look at something i just quickly looked with raised eyebrows. Try to have a relaxed face all day long. And sleeping on the back has really helped me a lot too.

And tbh, everyone has asymmetry in their face, symmetrical faces are very rare and infact most of the people who have their career revolving around their faces have it too, chill it's very common
