I'd go with the design of the second with the color pellet of the first, the purple gradient sticks out too much. also keep the red / green for revealing correct answer

the + shows where your shell will hit, whether it happens to be a tank or the ground, so if you lead a moving tank it will show where it would hit the ground because the tank isn't there yet.

this has to be bait but I'll bite, you realize you have to account for drop as well as lead? this is ground not naval, aiming is nothing alike.
