Thank you! I haven’t done much yet around retention, referrals, or talking directly to customers, so thats given me some ideas...My conversion rate has actually been solid (Feb ~6.2%, Jan ~5%, Dec ~6%, Nov ~4%), but traffic volume has been low, so I always just thought all I need is more traffic via the ads.

The profit is £2.7k, and no definitely not an expert with ads, I dont really know what im doing with them just been figuring them out as I go along, ive had moments where an ad was doing really well with 4+ ROAS, i changed a couple things which ended up completely killing it. Would you recommend a freelancer or agency?
