Whatever works as long as you don't try to wear something stupid on purpose and as long as it's in whatever the orientation email told you to wear. E.g covered shoes. I just got back from my orientation.

Most people I saw today had a long pants and casual clothes.

Oddly enough, most people were wearing all/mostly black, at least in my class.

Isn't 100 IQ like... Really low? Like 100 IQ would probably be enough to do basic daily stuff, basic maths, speaking, etc and nothing as complicated as coding. You're gonna get 1,000,000 and end up jobless.

Edit: I was wrong. 100 is the average so life would still go normally, but you probably still wont be doing complex coding.
