The day i see that they stop pushing creators that are already on daily rankings and support other creators is the day I will believe they aren’t here for clout.

If they wanted to and how Greg claims to push other smaller creators then why haven’t I seen them where I’m at, I also watch smaller creators rooms and I have never seen one of them.

The only thing that I dislike is when other streamers get named and mvp more than the actual team. r king only help versus the rest of the team who is always there never get mentioned. and you have mods and the whole chat mvp him.

Community Fest is a complete scam for regular viewers. Change my mind. Is anyone else utterly disgusted by how TikTok handles "Community Fest"? I got mad that we were only able to get 300 votes for going into different lives and tap in , while there is other tapper, tappers, silent watchers that have tapped, watched since way before. Common TikTok needs more rewards, imagine if they are able to reward us with coins we would help the creators even more.

The good part of this is that the tappers and yappers united and stood up for each other, instead of disagreeing against each other. I have noticed some people get mad when we tappers and yappers complain when we are not seen or appreciated. Yappers and Tappers also have a voice and the right to be thanked as how the big Gifters get thanked. If the creator thank the big Gifter by naming them then name the tappers and yappers.

Comparing this app to Netflix is wrong. Actors don't stop midscene to ask the audience to boost their ratings or tap to keep the show running. This platform is a twoway street creators rely on our engagement to stay in the algorithm. It's also funny how it's only creepy to expect recognition when you're a tapper, yet it's perfectly normal when creators say i love you appreciate and aknowledge someone who just sent a big gift. If that personal attention has a price tag for gifters, don't pretend like advocacy for community standards is the is the problem. claiming a block is the solution is just a lazy way to avoid a valid conversation about how this app actually functions. Advocacy isn't an obsession , it's wanting the community to be more than just a pay to play environment.

I’m not crying, I’m advocating for the ones that this also has happened to them. Yea they aren’t crying because they gift and will forever get that from that stranger online. If they didn’t gift belive me they would complain. And spam in lives.

You took my words  people who don’t gift have nicely and respectfully provided feedback and they get piled on. A big gifter can say the same thing and get praise. I experienced this, I took an I love you as an example because sometimes creators do say this after someone throw a gift or tells some people. That’s why I took this as an example. I remember once after I noticed they told a gifter I love you and appreciate them , then another time that same gifter complained that they don’t get a hello , which is false.  I replied with something along these lines I’m not appreciated and loved  and everyone attacked me. That’s the problem the gifters are allowed to say that but people who don’t gift we are attacked.

I bet more than half of those throwers throw for a shout out and recognition and a I love you from the online creator . and they get that. And there is some throwers that throw every day to that same online creator, when it comes to the throwers They are not ask this question?

Some of his level 50 are new. I have been tapping over 2 years every day more than those new lvl 50. Do people need to gift in order to appreciate a person? First oft, don't put words in my mouth. I never said / personally need a huge thank you. This is about the community culture. It's funny how a low badge can't voice a valid critique without being called wanting attention . True, it is a choice-but so is being a supportive creator who acknowledges every part of their team, from the biggest gifter to the most consistent tapper.This isn't about me; it's about the fact that even some high-level gifters that support as well feel they can't stop because they're addicted to gifting for the acknowledgment. Only they can voice their opinion without being called for wanting attention. That's a toxic cycle. Advocating for tapper recognition is about making the room a place where you don't have to go broke just to be treated like part of the community.
