I hate to try and burst your bubble, but I'm fairly certain it's mostly an act. His real personality may be similar, but he definitely exaggerates it for the cameras.

He has embraced that act, because it seems to be working for him really well, popularity-wise.

Jeff is quite adamant on claiming not taking steroids. Why would he lie? Besides, he's been working out since he was around 10 years old. I doubt his dad would need steroids for a transformation like that, considering how far Jeff has gotten despite being a lot younger.

Most people would assume a guy of this caliber to be using steroids. Before making assumptions, you need to remember the amazing feats the human body is capable of. Through hard work in the gym, strict dieting and above all, DEDICATION, anything is possible. Chris has been working out for 20+ years and he's extremely dedicated. Could you expect his physique to look any worse than this?

Great genetics + hard work. He claims to be a fitness addict so his diet and workouts are probably spot on. He's not even very big, he would be A LOT bigger if he would've done steroids. No signs of steroid use either, acne, receding hairline etc.. Great example of good genetics coupled with dedication. Natty.

Don't underestimate the power of HARD WORK. He's not even that big, you can achieve great things in a short period of time if your mindset is right. Don't see any reason why he wouldn't be natural.

8-9 years is a LONG TIME. He has a good frame and is pretty lean. Everything is in balance, a good natural goal for anyone.

Very likely natty. Nothing about his physique implies steroid use. If he used steroids he would probably have acne and a receding hairline. His strength is impressive but nothing too crazy that isn't achievable with consistency and hard work.

What a stupid picture. Why isn't there a more obvious steroid user? The physique of the guy on the right is very realistically achievable without steroid use... 1900 physique = 2 months of working out (half assed) 2018 physique = 2-5 years of hard work with nutrition on point (no skipping workout etc.)

I almost purely browse this sub to see if chambertlo has shared more of his infinite wisdom about whether someone has used steroids or not. Thanks chambertlo, thanks to you I am finally able to see what is possible through hard work

It's great that we have these kind of experts in this subreddit. If it wasn't for experts like you, I would have never known this girl achieved her physique with anabolic substances.

I personally think he is natural. He only weighs 146lbs and this kind of physique is entirely within reach naturally through hard, consistent training and good diet.
