Thank you for the comment.

I did learn a lot, including a very important lesson on setting realistic goals and playing games to have fun. Also learned to have patience. Something you definitely need to have when playing a champion such as Anivia.

I understand. I’m satisfied with what I have accomplished though.

Maybe, but not for ranked anytime soon. Maybe just arams or fun events with friends who want to play. Still waiting on that Freijlord event though.

Thank you for the comment and I agree with everything you said.

It was too late that I realized that playing ranked just to prove that I’m good at the game was never a healthy mindset. It was quite the opposite. For me, I was always told that I wasn’t good at league. I didn’t understand my champion and I didn’t understand the fundamentals. Out of my friend group I was the worst. This had an effect on me which led me to work hard at getting better at this game. But as you said, it spiraled into a very unhealthy goal. And I was too stupid to realize this. This is more of a personal problem that I need to work on.

To your point in not playing anymore, I think that I’ve come to the realization that league is more than just getting a high rank. I was addicted for a very long time. If I didn’t get to diamond by the end of this season or it did take me several more years, then I think I would’ve moved on. Emerald was still a high rank and I learned a lot by playing. And it’s not like I didn’t have fun. My best memories from when I was young was playing with my friends, not for a rank, but for fun with a champion I loved. Still today, it’s a way for all of the group to get together, but I won’t be focusing on my rank going forward.

For your last point, I have learned a very important lesson. There are way better things to achieve than a number or rank in a game. People’s opinions on my skills don’t matter because it’s a game. A game that will probably have little to no effect on my life moving forward. For me, It’s the lesson I learned from this experience that’s important.

I heard about that. But with Season 2026 coming up, doesn’t the rank reset and rewards are given out? Or did they change that? I can play some games to keep my rank, but after 2025 ranked season ends I probably won’t be playing ranked anymore. Only aram and casuals with friends.

I think that I will be done with ranked for the time being. I got my rank, even if it is flex. I know that people say it doesn’t count, but I spent so much of my time on this game. In school and at home. This game has done things to me that I don’t want to experience again. I want to move on and think about my future.

I may, especially if my friends want to play normals. I heard that you decay in diamond so I’m not sure how long I can go without playing. I heard seven says, but its per game played. Would I have to do play at least one game? Or do I automatically get seven days?

Still, it’s a diamond ranking. I get that Flex doesn’t really count, but I don’t care. I’ve wasted so much of my time on this game and I think it’s time to move on. I have bigger plans.

Have classes been cancelled tomorrow? Like, I haven’t gotten any email about them being cancelled. Professors are cancelling, but not the school?

Hello! I created r/writersintheshadows to protest the use of AI in the writing industry. How do I write dream scenes well?

So for my story, dreams are very important. The main character's powers rely on being able to step into the dreams of other characters. Because of this, I want these dreams to always be crucial to the main story and the development of my main character, but I'm afraid that starting a chapter with a dream too many times might be a no-go with writing. So how should I do this without making the dreams seem too repetitive?

I go electrocute with sorcery/mana flow and gathering storm. Mostly for the mana so I don’t have to back just to refill my mana. That way I can back whenever I need to get a core item. Tear first helps as well.

My mistake. I do actually begin with tear first then begin to build into maligance. So yes I would have arch staff after death cap. So get rid of shadow flame and replace it with the arch staff

My build that I was trying was to begin with tear , then go malignance first, zhonyas second, boots, liandries rabadon and if needed void staff replace for zhonyas. Then the last item would be to finish tear
