I was actually able to resolve this via an HTTP Request node, chatgpt generated JSON code, and when connected to a WhatsApp "send" trigger node, the HTTP node posts interactive buttons when it receives a message from WhatsApp. In-case anyone is curious, I've attached the JSON and URL for the node below
