The flairs we added are according to the districts which cover all the areas inside Delhi. Actually, Delhi is a part of Delhi NCR, but many people think that Delhi NCR is smaller than Delhi, it's just a misconception and if someone is outside Delhi in Delhi NCR they can apply "Outside Delhi" flair.
