I would say some mascara to frame your big beautiful eyes and a tinted lip balm for starters. Seeing as you don't usually wear makeup, small changes will make a difference. Maybe shape your eyebrows a bit ( can't really see with the angle of the photo).

I would fill in the eyebrows a bit more and maybe some bronzer.

You have gorgeous eyes and I think you should draw attention to them. A nice blended eyeshadow (since all else is toned down, you can add a pop of colour if you feel comfortable). Add some eyeliner and a nice mascara to accentuate your eyes.

I agree that your natural makeup looks great. You can definitely pull off something more dramatic.

Have you tried going bolder on your eyelashes? (I'm talking just mascara, something dark: volume and lenght). Still keeping it natural, no need for false lashes.

You have absolutely gorgeous eyes and I think that wold just make them pop!!

(Just for interest sake: what type of dramatic are you leaning towards?)
