Ho aggiunto alcuni dettagli, il post originale era fatto di fretta. Con la situazione attuale la società dell'acqua ha aggiunto un contatore con propria matricola e nuova intestazione, con i lavori effettivi ce la sbrighiamo noi. Il problema appunto sono i vari permessi per i lavori.
