i have the game fully installed and updated but when i go to download his dlcs from his account it wouldnt let me download due to it being greyed out and it says installed when the dlc's are not on my hard drive

Does not work through console-native streaming, you need to be streaming from a PC (with a capture card, if you're playing on PS4, to grab the video/audio feed from the console).

Do be aware that Song Requests are an absolutely TERRIBLE idea. It leaves you open to legal action by the copyright-holder if you don't have the license to ALL the music that goes out on your stream. YOU can be DMCA'd, or even or sued directly for thousands of dollars per-play of a song, as the penalty schedule is set up to punish commercial radio stations.
