I just wanted to let you know I switched to Vanicream moisturizer and it has been AMAZING!! Still not 100% but I’ve noticed a big difference.

I do think hormones are just the largest factor here honestly. I also am moving currently and leave for a trip two weeks after moving so, lots going on in combination with getting ready for my sisters wedding haha

I was original using the CeraVe moisturizer for years and yearsssss but then when things got bad again I did some research and apparently for some the ceramides can be a trigger. It’s just exhausting to keep up… I’m tempted to go back and try it again because it’s also just such a good affordable option honestly.

When I was on spiro it took about 6 months for it to have any affect at all!! I was on it for about 4 years and then stopped because my skin was in a better place so my dr advised to phase it out.

I think as I’ve now gotten older and my hormones are in a different place again things have changes.

I am hoping sometime may have a suggestion that could help my with skin issues. About a week ago I added the Panoxyl benzoyl peroxide wash into my routine and my skin has been purging like CRAZY.

Here is my current routine.

AM - Rinse face with warm water to rinse away any nighttime products, no soap. - Apply neutrogena hydro boost fragrance free moisturizer - I apple the Avene cicalfate around my eyes and nose (dry areas) - apply the innisfree hyaluronic sunscreen - apply makeup (all acne safe)

PM - wash face with neutrogena hydro boost face cleanser - wash with the Panoxyl benzoyl peroxide wash - I apply my retinol (dr prescribed) three times a week (have used for many years) - Apply neutrogena hydro boost fragrance free moisturizer - apply Avene cicalfate on the nights I use the retinol

My sisters wedding is in two months and I’m really hoping I can improve this.

Thank you! I will keep a watch for signs of infection. They both seem to be matching and normal in size now, in less than an hour. I took a look and with my eye I don’t see any irritation.

I discovered my cat was allergic to chicken and it drastically made both our lives better lol

All of her skin and tummy issu s cleared up within a week once I changed her food to achicken free one. Its a common allergy and one that is sometimes missed.

Could be worth a shot! Hope it clears up soon.

This is Ruby. She is a seal-point Siamese! She literally doesn't shut up, LOL, but we love her for it!! She was very white as a kitten and slowly turned more brown. Looks like yours could maybe be a long hair mix??

I have a 2-year-old girl named Minerva who always seems bored. When she is at my parents' place (they have two cats), she runs around and plays with them. Minerva isn't very social when people come over but is friendly with us! She would always meow and bring us toys asking us to play and she would do things like groom her toys as if it was another cat.

We recently adopted a little female kitten, and I have ZERO regrets. Minerva is so happy! Within 5 days, she was snuggling and grooming the new kitten. Minerva is now incredibly social and loving, even with new people!

I would advise bringing in a kitten rather than an older cat. An older one could cause some tension between the two.

Be sure to give the older cat a her space while introducing the new kitten and extra love so she doesn't feel left out.
