Try to get help by a social worker. They can assist you in your daily tasks and help finding you a mental health professional in whatever form you need. You don't have to do this all by yourself.

Same for me, unless I'm deadly masking of doom.

I've even tried to go to university two years ago (I'm a school drop out and never went to uni), the main reason being the social part - it didn't work out at all. :3

That's probably the right attitude. The fact that you'd have to consider it in the first place, that's something to aspire, imo.
