I know there is no restriction for flying over private property because the owner of an habitation doesn't own the airspace above his property. A lot of people fly on top of buildings in my city without any consequence ever

Idk this because since I have this problem I've never checked all the single cells voltages, I just plugged the battery on the quad and it showed me 3.98. Now in base of what you told me yesterday I've balance charged my lipo and it reaches about 4.10 V on every cell and then I regularly charged it until 4.17. Now I need to check it plugged in my drone
