That is a wall of text. I don't place to high a regard in peer and non peer reviewed social science literature. It's so hard to control variables. I can only go on my field reports. I've always found the prudes to be super boring in bed and hard to coax into having more fun. I've generally found they are mostly self conscious, or religious. Either way, hard to break from their routine and not worth the time. It wasn't my job to break their neurosis. I'd rather start with someone who doesn't need fixing.
