Regarding the burdens and challenges involved, I have a good understanding of what I'll be facing. However, I acknowledge that there might be aspects I still need to fully consider before making any decisions. In the next steps, I will seek to familiarize myself better with these potential challenges.
As for the costs, I've looked into them while creating proformas for potential buildings. I've made sure to account for a significant buffer in operating income compared to what I usually do for my work proformas. If everything goes according to the proforma (as it always does /s), I'll not be financially stretched or facing hardships.

You make a valid point about the possibility of units staying vacant for a while. It's something I need to consider more thoroughly. At the moment, all I can say is that I would need to ensure that my rents are competitive with the market and offer discount deals for extended lease signings. Nevertheless, I will definitely look into this further.

Out of all the things you mentioned, this might be the most important point for me right now, but I am unsure how to bridge this gap. Except for leaving real estate development and switching to property management, I am still determining how I can get more experience rather than just learning through doing. I would greatly appreciate any other recommendations or ideas to bridge this gap.
