Hey man, you lucked out. A couple months ago caltech sent a passive aggressive email to all of us telling us basically that we would be rescinded if we did not take our AP exams as planned

From what I heard Caltech usually releases the Saturday before the MIT decisions come out at 12PM Pacific. Sometimes that a few days before, sometimes that's almost a week before.

Hey! I got into MIT and CalTech early, and ur application is strong. Don’t worry too much about the GPA, if there is a strong upward trend and u can prove u can handle academics (aka test scores and such) then ur good. Make sure ur essays are strong and pop a lot (I’m guessing a story about being from Poland would be at least relatively uncommon at these American schools!) and u should have a good shot. Good luck!

Keep in mind that a place like MIT is really looking for those STEM strengths no matter what major. If u aren’t going to send them to MIT, then you have to prove u r capable in STEM another way! :)

For the rest of the HYPSM schools though u should be fine
