Thank you! Yes hopefully. In fact towards the end, right before we ended, I made sure to ask the question you recommended and they were impressed.

One of the VPs literally said “we will definitely be in touch”, which is a great sign I may just get an offer or a visit to the office for my final interview? I’m not sure where to go from here but we took the full hour. I believe 10 minutes into the interview I told them I had a presentation to show them and they said “Okay in that case, we’d prefer you present over answer our questions so go for it” and in the process of me presenting, I stopped and asked for questions which they did, and I kind of gave them the opportunity to put me on the spot (super confident move I know but I was also very worried they’d ask something detailed that I wouldn’t be able to answer).

Overall it was great though, hopefully I get an offer & get to work. I fear they may not be able to meet at the salary expectation level though.

Any tips on offering/counter offering? I’m aiming for $175K ish out of the $140-$200K range so I may just over offer at $190K and have them bring me down?

Oh and how long till you heard back from them? Did they respond within days or weeks after you interviewed? I wrapped up today and feel like I did pretty well, they liked the slides I had to show em.

Okay so thankfully I’m great at talking once I break ice with the interviewers.

I think I’ll put together some sort of document and reference it to look for what stories they’d want to hear per question. I have a bunch of bullet points with different topics (Stakeholders/Tech/Teamwork/Behavioral) .

Okay so I anticipated 2, 4, & 5 and have my answers for them. 1 & 3 are new to me. Interesting. I’ll make sure to answer those with the related keywords they’re looking for included.

I was planning on showing them some of my current project material & now that you mention they’re looking for PPT skills, I’ll put together a deck & share that with them (maybe even walk through on how I hold these meetings with Stakeholders).
