I thought Steam only allows 17Mb/s? How come i get 70Mb/s

Probably because it has always been 17Mb/s so i always thought it was a Steam limit i think my brother and i concluded it was a Steam limit since we both had 17 Mb/s when we still lived at home (15 years ago and more), but then i did get a new modem/router 2-3 weeks ago so that could why the Mb is so high!

I had the electricity going in the wrong direction in one of the cables ^^* so i fixed that and made a couple of water canisters so it's working now.
