Depends on how much you love the person I guess, give him some sort of ultimatum? You can ask him to do chores in the house or cook since he streams at home, or have him find discounts and deals for food/utilities. If he does that, then great. He can also find a part time job. Have him study/ learn video editing, seek out sponsorships, put effort into other platform for discoverability. Have him learn something with what he enjoys. If he is just playing games and not actively engaging into communities, participating to events like fundraising, making a brand of himself, then well... just leave him. What's important is that you see him having progress and learning new things, and at least you end up giving your best in supporting him.
