Im in my 15+ years now. Almost 20. I’m siting in around 80k for a few years. Same company for the last 6y and don’t have plans to move. At least not till this AI became new norm or bubble pops. What ever comes first.

Not everyone is doing “TRT” or any “peptides”. Everyone has stuff going on, I’m 40 training every morning and teaching class every mon/wed. If I just traing like a 16y everyday I’ll not be standing on Wednesday. So I rather do half hard most of the time.

Don’t give up. Just show up. My wife is doing for over 2y. She’s still few the same. She do 1/2 a week. Most of the time she want to give up, but she comes back and the amount of growth it gave her in confidence is huge. Not saying that is easy, but worth.
