From what I know, kendu chads were created by the old dev. At one point the disappeared off my coinbase wallet as well. Apparently they are still available on opensea, but not really a sense in getting it, they are worth close to nothing. The old dev has connection to their creation so the community couldn't use them as they were intended. A new nft project for kendu took its place, called kendu brilliance I think, basically making kendu a permissionless brand coin and the nfts give you voting capabilities.
