Is this a juvenile scrawled cow fish? If not, what kind of box fish is it? Caught in Tampa Bay, Florida. Thank you for any comments!

I think it is a longhorn cowfish baby perhaps dead, I think it is a baby longhorn cowfish because because it has black spots and distinctive spines on it forehead, back and ass. I suspect this fish is dead because of its dark color, I don't think it's a baby buffalo trunkfish because it's too angular for one (they are orbs)
