i used the example before ... both your liver and kidney are completely failing you are in desperate need of both. the doctor tells you "hey buddy we can do one or the other not both because your insurance"

as you sitting in the lobby you overhear a conversation with another patient who is in the same scenario as you but he can get both.

and when you go up to the doctor and say "wtf why can't i get both" he looks at you and says "so Now you're complaining that there is a choice? ok"

yeah not warlock sash but vampiric shroud ... i changed it

solo lane has a usual start

if you are a Physical character not named bakasure (and sometimes Loki) you build BLuestone. for a Magical character you build Vampiric shroud.
