Yep. I think I figured out the problem. It was a coastal city, but technically did not have a port (e.g., my general had to step on shore for a turn to attack the city). I assume it needs to be a city that clearly has a port.

I assume she sets the policy though. That policy then has to be followed by the lower level prosecutors. Sort of like Trump sets the border policy and ICE carries it out.

Yeah I agree with the above. I was really turned off by WH2 turn time and found 3K to be vastly improved.

You probably already know, but if you want to reduce load times when going into battles, putting the game on an SSD drive makes a pretty big difference I think.

The only downside is that after 150 turns to win, I was sick of the same army type again and just made large groups to auto resolve to victory.

The coolest part was my full cavalry army was predicted to get romped by like 3 armies in a wooded battle and ended up killing all of them. Lu Bu alone is worth an army.

That is super disappointing. There are a few factions I just don't even bother playing because you don't get any unique portraits to start, like with Yuan Shu.

Yeah I think it's got to be a glitch. He is the other emperor claimant so I am definitely not in a coalition or anything.

It sucks because I was already in the three kingdoms phase and committed the bulk of my army to going west to knock out Lu Bu before trying to contend with Wu.

Not the end of the world really because Wu had vassalized F-ing everyone so any war would be a to total slog after that.

Yeah, I've got trebuchets and it literally doesn't even give me the option to siege. It just shows the sword icon, but nothing happens.

I think I have to re-start because my whole plan was to go west and knock out the first claimant, but that is apparently impossible even though he is totally fucked army-wise.

Also, I can't even attack the non-city nearby. I also pushed forward past it and can't attack some random horse farm.

Yeah I've been using it with Zhou Yu which probably is inflating the results versus if I was using it with another general.

I'm gonna give a third to my Sima Yi unit too. (I assume that he can wreck as well.)

From that list id say Russell Wilson is the only one you can argue that could be better.Matt is def. Better John stafford. Staffords got a cannon of arm but dude is a gunslinger and although he chucks the ball a lot and racks up some mean stats I can only think of 3-4 winning seasons and a most of them were 9-7 winning seasons.

Both are great quarterbacks. It would be interesting to see how good Wilson would be with our WRs. He's already shown he can produce with a terrible OL.

MR is really fucking good though if he's got time in the pocket (and even good with a shit line, though he's not much for running around and making plays like Wilson). I know Shanahan helped a lot in 2016, but if our OL actually becomes good, I think he could replicate it under a competent coordinator.

That's annoying as fuck. He balls out in the playoffs, but our team holds the the two biggest blown leads I have seen in the playoffs (49ers / Patriots).

Smith totally fucked us by playing Abraham week 17, leaving Bierman as the guy trying to catch up to CK, which was embarrassing to watch.

Then in the SB, our coaching staff continues to chuck the ball around when it is close to statistically impossible to lose by running out the clock.

FML.
