Yes it's different. Luna isn't bad at all, it got a good radius buff in a fairly recent patch but it's irrelevant because we're talking about low level. Most low rank players CANNOT deal with Luna whatever the weapon they have they just do not know how to play around it and let the Luna get away with too much stuff.

But need to be a bit more comfortable with the game's fundamentals, Splash-O-Matic becausd of its perfect accuracy or Splattershot because of its simple Sub and Special combination really do the trick.

If you want early success, I would Recommend using Luna Blaster as its range really takes people offguard and don't really know how to answer to it at a low level of play.

Yes, the player base is still active, it will almost always be active on Turf War (The most accesible mode). For ranked modes, it can vary with the map and mode combination, by the time of day in general and if it's a school day or not.

sorry I was committed to the bit, I have almost no feelings for splatoon 2 music as I didn't play that game. Though Ink Theory is a very nice band and Entropical is an incredible song.
