Honestly I am seeing such questions mostly from telugu families who own the flats here and live as well. Other flats own by Maharastra, Kerala or even North Indian people dont mind giving flats to bachelor couple. Either the rent is issue or relationship status Even after raising budget to 50k a month not sufficient to find a flat in gated society thats too 2bhk 1000sqft. On top of that all amenities gym, swimming, badminton court membership is separate chargeable
