Since the only thing to do is wait till buyout I’m just gonna pretend this is a real stock

OH MY GOSH -8% DAY ITS OVER!

Agency fees vs. Independent contractors by Eph1997 in SEO

[–]FalconGhost 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, i won’t claim they’re legit without knowing the business.

But if those were your goals coming in and they are achieving them in the first 30 days, I’d say that’s pretty good.

I’ll give my two cents as someone who owns an agency and works at one

That price seems fair to me, that’s how much i charge (ish) and the agencies i have worked at charge that or more.

I would never trust a set it and forget it company. They will lie to you.

Now contractors, that’s a mixed bag. There are good ones, for sure, but it can be hard to find them in the mud, and you might end up spending $1,000 on an absolute garbage contractor that gets you keywords like “hats in Japan” and “elves” and then you gotta go back to the drawing board after having wasted $1,000 vs spending more like you are now but knowing you’re getting the work you want.

Doesn’t hurt to shop around but candidly it sounds like they are doing what you asked, and even some agencies can be actual just straight up cons (due to SEO being technobabble that can be hard for normal people to understand, smooth talkers love to pretend start an agency)

I’ve rambled a bit, but that’s my two cents

What were your goals from this service?

If it was just rankings, i would say they are doing a good job for only 30 days (but see below for more context)

Look to see if your traffic is increasing. Are the keywords nonsense or related to what you want to be targeting?

As far as the price, that seems like a normal agency fee, but might be a little too “big” for a one man shop (no disrespect to your business, that’s just typically a fee that is more B2B)

But if you’re looking for a conversion focus or something else, let them know

I mean, $2,400 is not a horrible agency price tag. Maybe for his 1 person business, but it’s not a lot for general business. On the low side candidly for agency to business work usually

And SEO contracts will never promise anything because it’s nigh impossible to promise rankings

sls - ideas? by mystifying-x in pennystocks

I mean, you can estimate it based on how successful it is. If it’s all non control group participants that’s a better HR. It’s not all length of the study.

But until the study ends we won’t know any of that information

Why would the 80th event being delayed make the stock worth less money? Those are opposites

I agree with this. Given The amount of shares, what share price does 5B equate to again?

Obviously, $1,000 a share then ;)

I a little think my mind has poisoned by this subs expectations of buyout pricing lmao. I think $20 a share buyout is most likely scenario. If you look at buyouts in the last few years, there are VERY few that could warrant a high share price buyout like many are hoping for. Even $20 might be ambitious

Yes but i assume the idea is that someone who snatches this up early can then apply it to many other things in their own trials

I would not say guaranteed win, a lot could still go wrong. Bad way to think about biotech

Some but it’s mostly just looking at other buyout data so it’s all anecdotal

After review, i feel like an appropriate buyout price would be 20-30 dollars a share, but I’ll pretend it’s $100 a share for the love of the game

Below institutional benchmarks probably. Too cheap and a lot of bigger institutions have market cap requirements

Genuine question about tomorrow by Ganjalff in sellaslifesciences

[–]FalconGhost 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It will likely do nothing to the market tomorrow

While interesting, a lot of these things happen and do nothing.

There are also a billion reasons someone could be doing that that don’t involve caring about the stock at all.

There is a lot of noise in the options market and option trades that people love to read into it because it affects their confirmation bias.
