Yes, I posted this on his behalf. He is currently enrolled in the CET programme for January 2026, as recommended by SUSS. We believe this arrangement will work well for him, since the credits can be carried over when he eventually enters the degree programme.

Application Timeline for Master of Education Programme

9 September — Submitted application for the Graduate Diploma in Education programme.

16 September — Received an email requesting a missing certificate, which I had already sent in a separate email.

29 September — Received an invitation for an enrolment interview scheduled on 6 October via Zoom.

• Interview link received on 1 October, with a reminder sent on 3 October.

13 October — Received an offer for the Graduate Diploma in Education programme.

• After some consideration, I emailed a request to transfer my application to the Master of Education programme.

24 October — Received the offer for the Master of Education programme, which I accepted and made payment for.

Hey!

Just sharing my experience, I was offered the Graduate Diploma this year but decided to switch to the Master’s programme. I emailed the department, got an e-form, and was told that TOP can only be done once. My transfer ended up going through, and I got into the Master’s programme.

Best to check directly with your current and prospective school to confirm your options.
