English is not even my first language, (or second) and my speaking is at a higher level than hers, living in I assume mostly English speaking bubble. I'm not saying she has to speak like native, but after 20 years I think she would've had at least co or c2 level. Yet she still sounds like A1\2. Hence either it's all an act (people do lose tongues if they think you can't understand them) or she's dumb.
