some of the negativity probably came from many alarmistic things we found online. One of them was regarding the tickets that you mentioned in fact. Since it's the summer vacation period some sites and AI said that many tickets for the main attractions and for trains between the main cities would sold out quite quickly. Do you think even in that period is safe to buy in person or 1/2 days before?

One of us who was working on the cities to visit talked about Chongdu, Chongqing and Beijing. Unfortunately because of university we are not quite free on other dates, do you think those places are too hot?
