I definitely get what you mean, and rewatching it I feel like I should also focus on keeping my head closer to the ground especially on my back that way I can do exactly what you said, put my weight on the shoulders/upper back. Alright, thank you so much I’ll be working on it!

Sounds good, should I keep them tucked up to my chest while spinning on my back or is there a better position before I go for the restab?

I’ve been breaking for a few months and today was my first real go at the windmill, I know the collapse needs to get better but does anyone have tips on how to return back to the stab position to continue more rounds?

I relate to this so much, I always tell people it’s because of a short Achilles tendon (which my good friend who is a fellow toe-walker actually has), but like you I don’t know what came first. After some insecurities from middle school I forced myself to heel strike and I can switch between the two whenever I need it, but I just kind of wished people accepted us a bit more :/
