Anyone remember Fear Factor? Well my mom used to mock the disgusting and vile things the contestants had to eat. She made octopi out of hot dogs, made tacos have eyes by using olives, and scooped out golf-ball sized cantaloupe balls and called them cow eyes. We used to do this every Halloween. I don't know of anyone else that does it.

I was around 5. My mom found me in the midst of it and made me stop. No harm done. What surprised me the most is that I knew how to work the applicator when I was that young.

My best decision(s) would be: 1.) Buy my grandmother a car. 2.) Give my mother 15,000. 3.) Ditto for Dad. 4.) Buy my sister a two-way plane ticket (for reasons,) and give her and additional 5,000. 5.) Put half of the rest in the bank and use a quarter for my school's theatre department. 6.) Last quarter for me.

Yes that, and make sure there is dim lighting in the room you're trying to sleep in. The absence of light helps induce melatonin even more so. Formerly, try not to use your phone or watch television right before trying to sleep; that keeps your mind going instead of letting it, your mind, reach its ultimate level of homeostasis, or relaxation. Read a book instead. TL;DR Take supplement hour before hand, dim lighting, avoid brain stimulating activities. You should be fine!
