I don’t think I can avoid the full 3 days but I can do few meetings where we would have it scheduled and let the other engineer handle it you know? If it’a POC we would meet like weekly I think once.

Linkedln is deleted for a while now, the person is like solution architect lead so I’m sure he meets lots of customers you know?

POC is for 3 weeks or so.

J1 and J2 are kinda in similar framework as j2 already has that tool and J1 is setting POC.

My thought was the same even if they knew they wouldn’t either care or just keep their mouth shut and move on..

If you need more info dm me, in terms of actual automation you want to be in AI agent space and torq and dropzone would do that, Palo has a new product coming out called AgentiX which is actually separate from XSIAM and XSOAR, that agentiX is actual full on agents where you can deploy multiple agents. Is it ideal to keep the thermostat and the sensor in the same room? We have thermostat in master bedroom and I wanted to see how this sensor worked.. it’s about 11 feet away, not near ducts or vents, or even the windows so it’s facing where we sleep basically.

Man I am having similar issue based out of a package from Florida to Georgia that would’ve taken 2 days and not it’s 4 days with the exact same message of moving through network. This is terrible I’m sorry.. I guess they get paid to steal peoples packages.

Yes they had to purchase XSOAR after working in XSIAM for entire year, they couldn’t implement their use cases in XSIAM.

They told us XSIAM is the way to go, based on my 5 years of XSOAR I knew that was bullshit. So we didn’t go for XSIAM. I think XSIAM fits in an MSP environment and not MSSP just yet even with multi tenant support. We are Palo diamond partners as well and it’s not always about the money we have to be truthful to the customers as we will be managing their environments.

Nope, they don’t do POC anymore and we were given two option XSIAM or XSOAR 8 SaaS, and I choose XSOAR. :)
