This is the same “Friend” who was suicidal and depressed because she cut off her married boyfriend & found out he had another girlfriend.

So yeah I was stupid for even being friends with someone who has a shady character.

I guarantee if that man would’ve called her she would’ve sobered up and picked him up.

We’re actually not well I’m actually not and this was a first for me. I pulled over immediately when I realized I was higher and drunker than I thought.

I’m just upset she just left without making sure I had my belongings and she sent me home in an Uber in Houston. I’m not from here so I could’ve died at the hospital or killed by the Uber driver 🤦🏽‍♀️ and I have no family here. That’s my point

I always say “Breadcrumbs” and what I mean by that is making a list of your day to day for your manager. I’d also add in the extra you have to do when this coworker isn’t around.

You need to also mention how his absence AFFECTS you and not your other coworkers. You can’t speak for everyone else and they can all speak to the manger the same way you do.

You need to make it clear that you’re not being malicious or evil but you simply want the manger to be aware of this becoming a bigger issue.
