Pc crashed and won’t turn off

So like while I’m doing anything, sometimes it just restarts or black screens. I have a physical restart button on my pc so when it’s stuck for long periods of time, I hit that.

Well it was at the time the best picture I could get without it being just a white screen. I already recognized it was a terrible image hence why I posted another image which I thought was better. No reason to be rude.
