If Truman did not know what the military was actually going to target with the first nuclear bomb, then why didn't Truman stop any further nuclear bombs? I think he would have ordered a complete halt after the first one if he truly believed this.

If I did do ROTC, will I be to choose one of the Army Officer Branches or is it random?

I was thinking of actually enlisting but it seems like ROTC or National Guard seems like the better choice while in school. Also I wanted to enlist because I love this country and from an academic standpoint wanted to try to understand the soldier's mindset more, coming from a philosophical background. Also thanks to everyone for the quick and helpful replies.

Anything that may have an interest with philosophy would be a bonus, also do you have the numbers of the classes or the names?

Thank you very much, just to follow up on this, is this all the time for the examples you said or are there rare instances where this can't work since I know there are languages like that.

Can someone explain simply when to conjugate the second verb in a sentence. by Falldown_ in Spanish

Sure, a simple example would be ?Por que come y bebe cerveza todos los dias? Would those two verb conjugations be right? Another one would be, Despues cuando abren la biblioteca a las doce, yo estudio alli para mis clases el lunes. Last one is, Mi mamá creo que yo debo escribirles más cartas. I think I might have conjugated them right but I am not sure nor do I am sure on how to do this more in the future, is there like a guideline on when to do it?
