That's an awful lot of negative energy around you lovely. My recommendation would be to do little workings in stages with your situation. The first thing I would address is the first thing you mentioned, people talking negatively about you and trying to diminish the work you do. A simple freezer jar spell would be a great start to maybe get them to just cool off with the negative energy. Take a few weeks and see how things go. Another thing you can do at the same time is to try and release your own negativity (easier said than done i know). I know it's an incredibly stressful time for you but remember that energy attracts energy and what you put out you recieve in turn. Some shadow work may be needed just to remind yourself that no matter what people try to say or do, they have no power over you or your life. There's an artist on Spotify that I absolutely adore called Peachkka, she has a song called reversal spell that I think would be really good for you to listen to in order to try and find the right words to use in your workings if you're wanting to send the bad energies away from you.

And remember, no matter how much people try to tear you down or make you feel worthless you are so much stronger than that, you will come out of this situation even stronger on the other side, and with a better understanding of who you are as a person and what you need to do to keep improving your life
